What we collect, why, and who else touches it.

Effective 19 September 2026

What you send us directly

The contact form. Your name, email, company (if given), and what you described needing automated. We use it to reply and to follow up about the work — nothing else. It's stored so we don't lose track of an enquiry, and read by us alone.

Booking a call. The scheduling widget on the consultation page is Calendly's — what you enter there goes to Calendly directly, under their privacy policy, not ours.

A client dashboard or admin account. Your email and a password we never see in plain text — it's hashed before it touches our database. Used only to run the dashboard you or your team were given access to.

What happens automatically

Microsoft Clarity records how the site is actually used — clicks, scrolling, roughly where on a page people spend time — so we can see what's confusing or ignored. It doesn't ask you to identify yourself, and we don't attempt to.

Sentry tells us when something breaks. If a page errors, it captures the browser, operating system, a rough location, and what went wrong — enough to fix the bug, not to build a profile of you.

Your light/dark preference is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device, and we can't read it.

Cookies

We don't set tracking cookies of our own. A session cookie is created only when you actually sign in to a client dashboard or the admin panel — anonymous visitors never get one. Calendly and Clarity may set their own cookies when those load; that's between you and them, governed by their own policies.

Who else touches this

Everything above is processed by services we rely on to run the site — not sold or shared beyond what's needed to provide them.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your data. We don't run advertising pixels or retargeting. We don't track you across other sites — the analytics above are scoped to this one.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct, or delete what we hold on you — send the request below and it comes straight to us. An ad blocker or a browser privacy setting will typically stop Clarity from loading at all — the site works identically either way.

Children

This site is a business tool for companies evaluating or using automation work. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it — the date at the top reflects the last real update, not a rolling copyright-style stamp.
